I was looking for a local firm to redo my patio and some other garden work and found Keston from a Google search.  I emailed them on 5th Jan. via their contact us page.  2 weeks later, no response, so I called. A lady didn’t apologise, kept me on hold for 4 mins and then came back to ask for my number.  A week later, no call. They may be busy, but this isn’t good service at all. I’ll be looking elsewhere, as this isn’t how to run a business.
